June 11st – Love in times of war

Love in times of war” closes the profound journey of the International Eco-arts Residency “The Other is Me” in Sfantu Gheorghe (Romania), coordinated by Uniunea Teatrală din România – UNITER, in collaboration with Teatrul Andrei Mureșanu.

The performance, created during the residency, directed by Fabio Tolledi, featured the participation of Ana Doiashvili, Georgia Chrysostomou, Ioana Marina Alexandrina, Maria Irina Pandrea, Matteo Mele, Natalia Berezhiani, Nino Mitaishvili, Onur Uysal, Roberta Quarta, Ruxandra Balasu, Sara Cossa, Simonetta Rotundo, Zsolt Fekete, the augmented reality experts of AVR Lab, coordinated by Prof. Lucio Tommaso De Paolis, Carola Gatto, Marco Calò, Giorgia De Giuseppe, Federica Faggiano, and Romani, Romanian and Hungarian musicians Marius Popa, Paul Grosar, Fazakas Levente, Eötvös Rémusz and Dima Jen.

“Love in times of war” is an intercultural journey with a single universal language: the language of love.
Its realization is supported by “Nature, Arts, Technologies”, an European project co-funded by the European Union, Creative Europe program, and coordinated by the Italian Centre of the International Theatre Institute in partnership with Uniunea Teatrală din România – UNITER (Romania), Human Development and Culture International School – HDACIS (Georgia), Cyprus Centre of International Theatre Institute, Augmented and Virtual Reality Lab of the Department of Engineering for Innovation of University of Salento (Italy).
